How do I connect my integration to HubSpot?

Install 300Sync from the HubSpot Marketplace, then navigate to the integration settings page. Click "Connect" and follow the OAuth flow to authorize access. The onboarding wizard will guide you through field mapping and sync configuration.

How often does data sync?

Sync frequency depends on your plan. Starter plans sync every 15 minutes, Professional plans every 5 minutes, and Enterprise plans support real-time sync via webhooks. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from the dashboard or the CRM sidebar card.

My sync isn't working. What should I check?

First, verify your connection is active in the dashboard. Check that your OAuth credentials haven't expired — if they have, disconnect and reconnect. Review the sync history log for specific error messages. If you see scope-related errors, you may need to re-authorize with updated permissions.

Can I customize which fields sync?

Yes. Each integration includes default field mappings that cover the most common use cases. You can customize these in the HubSpot integration settings tab — add new mappings, remove ones you don't need, or map to custom HubSpot properties.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

You can manage your subscription from the billing page in your 300Sync dashboard. Plan changes take effect immediately. If you cancel, your sync will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data secure?

Yes. 300Sync uses OAuth for all integrations (no passwords stored), encrypts credentials at rest with AES-256-GCM, and never stores the raw data being synced — we only pass it through. HIPAA-compliant integrations (Open Dental, Boulevard) apply additional data classification filters.

Do associations sync automatically?

Yes. When your source system has relationships between records (e.g., a Clio Matter linked to a Contact), 300Sync automatically creates the corresponding HubSpot associations. Contacts and companies sync first, then deals and tickets, so all relationships resolve correctly.

What HubSpot plans are supported?

300Sync works with all HubSpot plans including Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Some features like custom objects require HubSpot Enterprise. The integration installs via the HubSpot Marketplace and uses standard CRM APIs.
